Payment is refundable 45 days prior to the arrival date. If within 45 days prior to arrival, payment is non-refundable but can be applied to a later class date. Legends Ranch has the right to cancel a class if it has fewer than 4 students; this is not common. We make every effort to avoid this inconvenience.
If any trainee is ineligible to carry or own a firearm, they will not be eligible to take any Long-Range Courses, including Non-US Citizens, without preapproval.
“Due to current interpretations of (ITAR) International Traffic in Arms Regulations stemming from the Arms Export Control Act of 1976, only current, lawful “US Persons” – both US Citizens and lawful permanent Resident Aliens in possession of a current I-551 (colloquially known as a “Green Card”) are allowed to participate in NRA-type firearms training courses.
Bottom line – just as the ATF Form 4473 states the legal requirements to buy a gun, those same requirements apply to gun training.
